This Privacy Policy explains how Blogging Banana (the “Site”), operated by Carlos Alberto Zuniga Nava (the “Owner”) from Mexico, collects, uses, and shares information about visitors to bloggingbanana.com. It is published in compliance with the Mexican Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP), and is also intended to satisfy the general transparency expectations of visitors from the European Union (GDPR), the United Kingdom (UK GDPR), and California (CCPA/CPRA).
